Welcome to N Style & Beauty. By accessing our website or booking an appointment with our studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing our services.

1. General Provisions

N Style & Beauty operates an exclusive boutique studio in Panama City Beach, FL. All services, including but not limited to Lip Gloss Micropigmentation, Eyebrow Microblading, Shading, and Ombre, are provided strictly by appointment only.

2. Scheduling & Availability

• Saturday Exclusivity: Aesthetic services are exclusively available on Saturdays between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.
• Booking Requests: Submitting a booking request via our website constitutes a tentative reservation. Appointments are only finalized upon direct confirmation from our studio staff.
• Cancellations: Out of respect for our time and other clients, we require adequate notice for cancellations. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or Phone to reschedule.

3. Medical Contraindications & Client Eligibility

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and guarantee that you do not suffer from any of the following conditions, which are strict medical contraindications for micropigmentation:

• Pregnancy or active breastfeeding.
• A known tendency toward keloid or hypertrophic scarring.
• Uncontrolled diabetes or active blood clotting disorders.
• Consumption of anticoagulants, aspirin, or alcohol within 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Active use of Isotretinoin (Roaccutane) within the last 6 months.
• Active skin infections, eczema, severe acne, or psoriasis localized in the treatment area.

Failure to disclose any of these conditions may result in immediate cancellation of your appointment without refund and poses severe health risks to you.

4. Client Commitments & Aftercare

The longevity and quality of your healed results depend directly on your adherence to our aftercare protocols. By receiving our services, you agree to:

• Refrain from scratching, rubbing, or picking at any scabs or flaking skin.
• Keep the treated area clean and dry for the designated healing period (typically 7–10 days).
• Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, heavy sweating, and the application of unauthorized skincare products or makeup on the healing area for at least 14 days.

5. Results & Liability

Micropigmentation is an art, not an exact science. Due to variations in skin types, lifestyle, and aftercare, healed results vary from person to person. While we strive for perfection using premium, UV-stable pigments and the golden ratio mapping technique, we cannot guarantee exact color retention or perfectly identical symmetry. A touch-up session at 4–6 weeks is required to achieve the final intended result. N Style & Beauty is not liable for poor retention resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or individual physiological responses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
